When will my Leads be Delivered?
You will receive your leads within 24 hours, (a bit longer over the weekend). If you have not received your leads within 72 hours of your purchase, please contact us.
If you have not received your leads, and you haven't been contacted by us via email... it could be a problem with your email filter or your mailbox is too full. Please make sure you can receive email from: support (at) deliveringleads.com
How are your Home Business Leads Generated?
We have partnered with some of the largest advertising and traffic networks on the Internet. Prospects see one of our lead generation pages and fill in the form if they are interested in an online business opportunity. After filling in the form the Prospect is delivered Real-Time to you.

Do you have monthly autoship or auto renewals?
All leads are one-time only purchases, unless you specifically choose to receive leads through our leads autoship. Many companies make autoship automatic, hoping you will forget to cancel and charge you for more leads. With VemmaSignups.com, autoship is optional only, and is never a requirement for leads purchases.
The benefits of autoship are to save money on your order, and to put your recruiting and business building on automatic pilot.
Do you Replace Bad Leads?
With our real time leads, we use advanced verification at the time a lead is generated to cut down on bad leads. But even with state-of-the-art technology, a few bad leads still get through. If you get a bad lead, all you have to do is login, follow the instructions, and get that lead replaced. It's that simple.
Guidelines for bad leads are:
- Prospect is under 18 years old
- Wrong number
- Disconnected number
- Prospect is rude or crude
- Prospect states they did not ask for informaiton about a home business
- Prospect says they are waiting on an incentive
- Lead information is obviously fake.
Guidelines for leads that cannot be replaced:
- Prospect is no longer interested
- Bad email address
- Prospect hangs up
- Prospect says they do not have any money
- Prospect does not answer their phone
You must report a bad lead within 72 hours of receiving the lead.
It says my order is "Suspended." What is that?
When an account becomes suspended, it is usually because we are trying to send leads to Vemmabuilder, but they have their system temporarily shut down while they are doing a back up or resetting their server, or something like that.
When our system tries to send a lead, and it cannot, it comes up as "suspended" — that way we don't try to keep sending leads when their system is down.
Here is what you need to do:
- Login to your account: Customer Login
- Click on the blue tab that says "Support"
- Click on the button that says "Creat Support Ticket"
- Type a quick note that says your account is suspended.
This goes straight to our tech dept. and they will reset your account.
How can I pause/unpause my leads?
Your leads can be paused by logging into your Leads Control Panel. Simply log in and click on the "Orders" tab. You can then pause your leads to stop delivery. Reverse the process to un-pause your leads.
How can I slow down or speed up my leads?
You have full control over your daily lead flow. Go to your Leads Control Panel and log in. Simply log in and click on the "Orders" tab. You can then change the number of leads you want to receive daily.
Do you offer Free Samples of Leads?
We no longer offer free samples of leads. A small sample of leads is not going to give you an accuarate representation of the overall quality of our leads. That is why we have created "entry level price points" for our leads packages (20-25 leads). This helps eliminate or minimize your financial risk as you test our leads.
Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer refunds. All sales are final. Please refer to our Terms of Service for more information.
